Does the security door that I install in my apartment become property of management.?
I purchased a metal screen security door for my 80 year old mother's apartment and it turns out that management told her that if she installs the door she can't take it with her the day she moves out. Is this true and can they keep the door. Thank you very much. ...Fearless
Amendment to the question. I am not removing any door just putting a heavy duty screen door in front of the regular door.

Can floppy discs and CD roms be damaged if carried by someone thru a security check screening - metal detector
If so, how can they be protected from damage in going thru metal detectors during security checks?
floppys are very prone to damage. CDs are safer I use flash sticks.
